I met Steven at the San Jose Home improvement fair. After meeting with Steven again at our home, my wife and I decided he would be a great fit to move forward with our project. Steven was very patient and spent several sessions with us on planning and envisioning the details. Through rough 3D renderings that Steven prepared with our input, it became more and more clear what we wanted. Fast forward a few months and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Steven was essential as our point person to manage so many moving parts to such an extensive project. The workmanship shows in the details. We love the colored lights and enjoy experimenting on our 'American Muscle Grill' that Steven installed. I would highly recommend Steven!

Great crew of hard workers! We had all new pavers and front yard landscaping done by Opulands using a design we provided. They executed everything perfectly. The team also improved the design to create better downspout drainage and a French drain to guide water away from our home. Recently, they came back to finish up a section of work we couldn’t access due to a city tree root. When the access became available we contacted Opulands to come back and they were very responsive. Our yard and driveway look like something out of a park. Highly recommend using this team for your landscaping needs.

Opulands Landscaping recently completed a backyard project for me, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My contractor, Steven, was exceptional. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and he offered helpful suggestions throughout the project. For instance, he helped me choose the paver pattern/color and even walked me through the options at Garden Supply. He also created a 3D model based on my chosen pavers, which gave me a great visual of the finished product. His team was professional and kept the worksite clean and organized. Steven and the crew were great. Provided a detailed layout and scope up front and was also one of the better price options. Did have an increase in estimate due to the slope of our backyard needing a step down, but he shared the news in person which I appreciated. The team worked quickly and they even came back to fix a whole section when we noticed months after the project.
